How we do business . . .

  • Products and Prices We reserve the right to make changes to products and prices without giving notice. If your order relates to obsolete information, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you for permission to proceed before processing your order.
  • Delivery We will make every effort to make sure your order is with you as soon as possible, however this may be up to 28 days after the end of the event. All our prices include the cost of delivery.
  • Collection Orders may be collected on the day of the event, they will normally be available around 60 mins after the end of the event. Orders not collected will be posted out to you.
  • Payment Unless otherwise stated and order must be acompained by a payment. All prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
  • Defect on Delivery Please check your goods at the time of delivery as it is difficult to address any issue with the carriers once the goods are signed for.
  • Faulty Goods We aim to supply high quality products at all times. If you have a complaint about faulty goods please get in contact and we will replace them.
  • Right to Cancel Should you change you mind about your purchase you have 7 days from receipt of your DVD to cancel your order, at which time we will refund your payment.

  • Liability Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Force Majeure We will not be liable for consequences of events occurring outside of our reasonable control.
  • Copyright The Achievement Television logo and any imagary or photographs used are either copyright of Achievement Television or are licenced to Achievement Television.
  • Information and Data We may retain information passed to us by any means of communication, so as to process orders and maintain commercial records in accordance with normal business and legal practice.
  • Contract Law Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, all orders accepted from any country shall be deemed to be contracts subject to UK law.

Your privacy is important to us . . .

  • We only request from you adequate information to be able to correctly process your orders and make basic analysis of collective data to improve our marketing and product offerings.
  • We do not sell customer data nor pass it on to third parties.
  • We do not knowingly engage in telephone marketing to private numbers. If we contact private individuals by phone, it will normally be to resolve a query with your order so as to ensure prompt service.
  • Card data can only be entered in the secure area of our website for which we maintain a security certificate. Your card data is only transmitted under encryption to the merchant services provider as required to process payment
  • We comply with the Data Protection Act where applicable.
